Villa Folia is located on a very spacious land of 5,500 m2 offering isolation and a very pleasant relationship with nature; the plot is home to many trees and vegetation and has direct access to 2 beaches.

Trips to the sea below can be done at leisure round the clock from the house; descend the steps to reach the first beach which is just in front of the house. The second beach is private, only accessible from the house and the sand is shaded by the imposing pine trees.

In the evening enjoy the sunset in the comfortable sun lounges on the sunset deck. Take a walk around the property and if you are lucky you might bump into the pheasant and the rabbit that inhabit the land!

SEA ACTIVITIES

 

The beach below the house offers careless moments of relaxation and sunbathing but also an array of day time activities.

 

Choose to swim across to the rock ‘Troulonisi’ and back, or feel free to use the two canoes that are on the beach. For additional water sports, you can walk your way to the adjacent organized Troulos beach.

 

If you are felling a little more adventurous, choose to visit the rock tips within the property land to attempt some fishing or snorkelling.
